Kreative Learning Solutions provides a team of professionals in training, human resources, instructional design, and organizational development that collaborate on projects and training to meet the needs of our customers.

Workshop leaders work closely with your organization to understand specific needs and desired outcomes. They build a relationship with the people in your organization and will provide individual coaching sessions to reinforce skills and provide feedback about how to apply workshop skills to individual situations.

Karen has over twentyfive years' experience designing and delivering training in management development, team development, performance management skills, customer service skills, presentation skills, business systems, industry knowledge, and business writing. She has held management, consulting, and training positions in several well-known organizations including Kemper, BankBoston, Arbella Mutual, AchieveGlobal and the Weymouth, MA and Hull, MA school systems....
Prior to founding Kreative Learning Solutions in August 2000, Karen was Senior Training Manager for SunLife Financial. As a professional trainer and consultant, Karen has designed and delivered training, workshops and seminars to a variety of industries including insurance, financial services, travel, telecommunications, retail, healthcare, and government agencies. Her participants include senior-level management to entry-level staff.

Lisa is a leading force in project and business management. She is the principal of Lisa DiTullio & Associates, a practice dedicated to introducing and advancing project management as a business competency, enabling organizations to improve decision-making, instill accountability and enhance communications.

She facilitates workshops and coaches managers to develop employees, improve customer service, implement effective teams, and provide leadership that taps employee potential at all levels.
Ann has worked extensively within the financial and health care industries, education and government agencies, and the technology sector and has more than 25 years of experience in facilitation, coaching and organizational development.
